Enclosed below you will find the Nomination BIO Form.  If you are interested to serve on the Board of Directors please complete and return by the due date on the form.  There is one (1) seat open.

The Board of Directors and Semper Fi Property Management are working on numerous items to clean up Stono Village. The following list are just a few items that receiving estimates for repairs:

1. New Stop signs and painting of frames.
2. Pressure washing of fencing along Panther Parkway.
3. Pool landscaping stones vs. mulch
4. Trimming/ clean up of trees along Panther Parkway.
5. New pool entry system.
6. Reviewing/Update of the violations and rules.
7. Inspecting the entire community to ensure all homes are kept up to standards.
