IHello Owners at Stono Village HOA,

The Board of Directors has been researching properties lines and common areas lines. Please take notice homes that back up along the Panther Parkway has responsibility to clean up the overgrown bushes and trees. Owners have a 6′ privacy fence and then approx 4″-5′ of space then the 4′ picket fence. Owners own the space between the two fences.

That being said. The Board of Directors is giving each owner until 1/1/2025 to clean up and remove, repair, trim, etc this space. Also, you may not dispose of the trimmings, etc in the common areas. You must remove and dispose of properly.

Thank you in advance to each homeowner in cleaning up this these areas of Stono Village.
